For Live Wedding Paintings, I work in acrylic on canvas to paint a scene from your wedding as the day unfolds. Past couples have chosen ceremony scenes and first dances - I would love to hear your vision for your painting!

Your date is secured with your venue. You've scoped out me and my work and you like what you see. So the next step is to submit an inquiry form to check your date. If I'm available I'll send you all of your options and pricing.

We will have the opportunity to discuss the overall process and your initial vision for the painting to ensure we are a good fit. Any questions you might have will be answered during our conversation.
This part is usually exciting!
Discovery Call
Once you sign your contract and submit your 50% retainer, your date will be reserved.
After that point, if anyone else who inquires will be sent the dreaded "sorry, unavailable" email. Bad for them, good for you!
Date Booked
Make it official
We check in about two weeks before the wedding to confirm the timeline, desired scene and details and anything else we should know about your big day.
Your final 50% payment will also be due two weeks before your wedding date.
Wedding Day Prep
I will arrive on site 2 hours prior to your chosen scene to set up and begin painting the background. Reference photos/videos will be taken and used as references for your painting. The painting will come to life in front of you and your guests, providing engaging entertainment!
The Big Day
If your painting is not finished by the end of the event, I will take it back to the studio for more love. Once the painting is finished, a photo will be sent to you for your approval. Once approved, I will varnish it and coordinate shipping or delivery with you to get the painting to its forever home (with you).
